You have 7 days from the purchase date to submit a refund request. No refunds will be granted after this window closes.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your account must have submitted fewer than 10 AI processing tasks since the purchase
- At least 80% of purchased credits must remain unused
- Your use of the service must comply with our Terms of Service

- Include your account email and order number
- Provide a detailed reason for the refund
- Submit your request within the 7-day window
All purchases made with cryptocurrency are final and non-refundable due to the irreversibility of blockchain transactions and associated processing costs. This applies to all digital currencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and others.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Cryptocurrency payments
- Requests submitted after the 7-day window
- Accounts with 10 or more processing tasks completed
- Credits consumed beyond 20% of the purchased amount
- Violations of our Terms of Service
- Free or promotional credits
- Subscription renewals (after the current billing period has started)
- Purchases made with promotional discounts
- Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days
- Our support team may request additional information
- Nano Banana 2 reserves sole discretion on refund approvals
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Typical processing time is 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued in the original purchase currency
- Actual processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
A 5% transaction loss fee applies to annual subscription refunds.
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion based on:
- The extent of service usage
- Time elapsed since purchase
- Specific case circumstances
- Credit consumption versus remaining credits

- Access continues through the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
- All benefits remain active through the end of the paid period
- You may disable auto-renewal at any time to prevent future charges
- Disabling auto-renewal does not affect your current subscription period
Standard refund conditions apply to commercial license purchases. Upon refund approval, commercial licensing benefits are immediately revoked. Previously generated images used for commercial purposes may need to be removed.
Upon refund approval:
- Your account access will be terminated
- Generated images and data may be permanently deleted
- You are responsible for backing up any content before requesting a refund
Nano Banana 2 reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
